How to Book Your Session:
- Select a Package: Choose from one of our flexible options. Buy 1, 5 or 10 session packages.
- Create a Vagaro Account & Check Out: Vagaro is our booking platform, and you’ll need an account to get started…Sorry!
- Scheduling Your Session: Go to “Book Now” tab and pick a date and time that fits your life. Schedule all of your sessions in advance or as needed. You’ll receive a confirmation email, which you can then use to reschedule or contact us.
- We Come to You: A certified trainer will contact you to confirm your location and will arrive on the date with everything you need for a safe, effective session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We get it, life happens – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will find a link to do so in your confirmation email. Or, you can contact us directly.
- Cancellation Policy – Please be ready at your scheduled time to enjoy a full session. We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes; otherwise, the full session fee applies. Thank you for understanding and helping us accommodate every client’s busy schedule.
